Massive shoutout to one of the awesome girls that work here. I forgot to catch her name, however she was so good. I tried on a set that felt really tight on the sides of my feet, she noticed this and recommended I try on the same but in a 2E (which is a wider version) I tried them on and fell in love. Most comfortable shoes ever. Thanks new balance I am a customer for life and will shop here in the future 🤙🏼

I went to New Balance at the Canberra Outlet Centre looking for a pair of extra wide walking shoes and was served by Hannah. She was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Although they didn't have exactly what I wanted in-store, Hanna researched the company's offerings, and pointed me to shoes that were available online. New Balance made the sale, and I went away feeling that I had really been looked after well. I would definitely shop there again. Thank you Hannah!

Perfect store with friendly staff Magel, full of patient and with great customer service attitude, helped me today to pick a jogging pants and a perfect match jacket Thanks! Will surely buy there again

Absolutely fantastic store! Customer service is second to none. Easy to find what I needed and staff were friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions. Great store to buy workout gear and shoes. The staff member Renee in particular was the best in helping me find clothes that worked for me.

Renee was super helpful in finding the best shoe for me. She didn’t push me toward the most expensive but showed me the different options available. She managed to be helping quite a few people at the same time but I still felt like she was giving me undivided attention. The store also has some really great specials all the time. My husband who has E fitting shoes goes there all the time and manages to get fitted and walk away happy. Highly recommend.

Back again to pick up a pair of new shoes for my 3 year old, Bella was very helpful & fantastic with my little one. We left very happy with our purchase & got some new socks to go with it too! Took my 2 year old to get a pair of shoes. Hannah was very helpful, measured my daughter’s feet. Got some shoes for her to try on & we were in & out with a brand new pair of shoes & socks in 10 minutest top. She made the experience a very positive & hassle free one. Great customer service, good choices & pretty good pricing too! Will be back soon to shop there!

Wanted to buy Asics shoes but I ended up buying the new balance 880 fresh foam 3 weeks ago and they are indeed the best shoes I have ever worn. Miguels service was amazing.

We came to this store to look for shoes. The store has apparel, shoes and accessories. We managed to find what we needed for men's and ladies shoes. Prices were within expectation and they had a good variety of styles and colours.
